What is the weight limit for the loft bed? Would it support an adult + child for story time before bed?

Do you have the dimensions of the pull out desk part of the bed? I'm trying to work out if it will fit in our son's room but space is a bit tight.
Hello 😀. The pull out desk is 25" W x 37" D x 30" H. The desk can fit completely under the loft, and you can pull it out as far as you want to. It doesn't need to be extended all of the way. Please let us know if we can answer any other questions!

Can I get a slide with this bed for my son? We are looking for a bed like this but with a slide and not white.
Hello. Unfortunately a slide won't work with the pull out desk on this loft. We have a slide that fits our Hailey loft set or we have a twin bunk bed with slide in grey.

Can you have two dressers instead of a dresser and a desk?

How deep is the top part? If I got a 12" mattress, would it still leave space for the safety rail to function effectively
Hi Briana. A 12" thick mattress would be too thick for any loft bed or bunk bed. The maximum thickness of mattress you can use is 8" thick, so that you have at least 5" of guard rail exposed for safety. I hope this answered your question. If not, please let us know!
